The LM GROUP combines the core competencies of four specialists in the waste industry established in the market.

In 2003, the Ludden & Mennekes group of companies was founded after the Sutco RecyclingTechnik and their subsidiaries had been taken over.

In 2009, with the takeover of the unoTech founded in 2007, the business area Channel Baling Presses was added to the group as the third market segment.

In 2014, the group of companies that then consisted of nine operative companies was renamed in LM GROUP.
