A big celebration to say thank you: We’re celebrating 35 years of Ludden & Mennekes!
Our teams from Meppen and Dörpen joined forces with colleagues from LM Holding for a thoroughly enjoyable evening in a marquee erected especially for the occasion. Alongside delicious food and music from the DJ, the focus was above all on spending quality time together. There was time for personal conversations, shared anecdotes and relaxed chat. A commemorative table featuring photos from three and a half decades, artefacts from the early days and old documents invited guests to browse and reminisce, whilst the photo booth was on hand for spontaneous snapshots and new memories.
In their speeches, Michael Ludden and Werner Pöttker took the opportunity not only to look back on the early days, but above all to express their gratitude. After all, a success story like this is only possible because we can rely on staff who think for themselves, roll up their sleeves and work together to drive the company forward every day. A very special thank you went to our colleagues who have been with us from the very beginning, who have shaped Ludden & Mennekes and stood by us loyally for many decades.
The evening demonstrated once again that our greatest strength lies in the people who put their heart and soul into their work every day. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far and are really looking forward to the years ahead together!
